Seth Kaufman is the Chief Sales Officer of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, where he provides strategic leadership and oversight for more than 1,300 agents across 30 offices and 11 counties along Florida’s East Coast. Known for his disciplined, relationship-driven approach, Seth plays a central role in shaping the company’s sales culture, agent experience, and long-term growth strategy across some of the most prestigious markets in the state.
Respected for his integrity, accountability, and unwavering commitment to excellence, Seth believes that sustained success in real estate is built on trust, transparency, and meaningful relationships. With nearly three decades of experience in the industry, he is widely regarded as a thoughtful and conscientious leader who brings clarity, consistency, and high standards to every level of the organization — from executive strategy to agent development.
Seth began his real estate career in 1997 with International Sales Group, specializing in luxury pre-construction developments. He quickly transitioned into sales management, and in 2000 co-founded Global Marketing Group alongside his identical twin brother, providing comprehensive sales and marketing services to prominent real estate developers and builders. In 2007, Seth was appointed Managing Broker of Turnberry International Realty, where he further honed his leadership and operational expertise.
Following Turnberry International Realty’s acquisition by ONE Sotheby’s International Realty in 2017, Seth remained as Managing Broker, expanding his scope to include additional offices and more than 200 agents. In 2020, he was named Chief Sales Officer, assuming responsibility for managing broker leadership, agent performance, retention strategies, and company-wide sales initiatives across Florida’s East Coast.
Today, Seth is deeply focused on driving sustainable growth, developing high-performing leadership teams, and reinforcing ONE Sotheby’s International Realty’s position as the premier luxury brokerage in the region, always with a people first mindset and a long term vision for the brand.
